The Marais Iødé sends its oysters all year round directly to the homes of its customers in France and Belgium by means of chronopost /chronofresh in 24/48 hours.
How it works ?
The oysters, straight out of the water, are carefully placed one by one in a basket. These are positioned flat, glued together. In this way, they will keep for 7 to 8 days.
The same day, the carrier picks up your hamper. The ideal temperature for the conservation of oysters being 5 to 15°C, they will travel under controlled temperature via chronopost.
You then receive your oysters at home within 24/48 hours.
All you have to do is open them and enjoy them!

It is the most common oyster in the Marennes Oléron basin. It is a not very fleshy oyster, matured in our beds for a month. It has this little taste of "terroir" that it acquires during refining in clear.
Not very fleshy oyster, refined in clear for one month. We obtain this beautiful green color thanks to the blue navicule which develops in our clear. The oyster will then filter the latter and take on its color. Emblematic oysters from the Marennes Oléron basin.
Not being able to put the development of the blue naviculum in our clear, the fine green clear is not available all year round.
Fleshy and crunchy oysters, with an intense taste, slightly less salty. In order to obtain this quality, we select oysters with a regular and round shape. They are then refined for 2 months in our claires.
The latter is the very top of the range oysters. We select round oysters with a regular shape. We lay them out one by one flat. To obtain this magnificent product, we put only one oyster per m². We breed our prawns in the clear with the Pousse en claire. The prawns by scratching the ground put the sediments in suspension which brings a lot of food to the oysters.
Recognizable by its tiger adornment and its bluish tail, the imperial prawn of the Charente marshes is raised in our clears in association with oysters. These allow the shrimp to have high quality water. We have chosen to breed them naturally. (without food supply)
To achieve this, we put one shrimp per m².
We sell our shrimp alive so that you get incomparable freshness and firmness.
